Vintage Handmade Patchwork Quilt Squares: Project Pieces (1D)

Measuring jat approximately 15.5" square (49cm), this block has a cream backing that matches the background on the front and is hand quilted.

This piece does have aged character marks, spots, frays, wear and tear from being lovingly used over the years.

Please note that as a quilt maker, I don't take the deconstruction of a completed quilt lightly, but this quilt had signs of age that I could not repair so l could add it to my own Vintage Quilt Collection. By deconstructing it and separating the blocks still in good condition, my hope is that the original quilt maker's work can live on in new projects and be appreciated for years to come.
