Shipping

The Stitcher's Loft ships Australia-wide, New Zealand, USA, Canada and most European Countries from Bendigo, Victoria using Australia Post. We do our best to ship orders the next business day after your order has been placed, however the shipping time may be up to 3 business days. Domestic shipping to Australia generally takes up to 7 days to arrive and international shipping generally takes 3-4 weeks, however it may be longer.

Any delays in receiving your parcel after it has been lodged with Australia Post are outside of our control. In the event that you do not receive your parcel when expected, please contact us and we will do our best to help you with tracking down the parcel so you can receive it as soon as possible!

If you are purchasing from outside Australia, you may be charged a customs, duty or tax fee.  Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.  All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are based on the charges by Australia Post, however we do cover some of the costs to make it as affordable for you as possible.

Local Pickup and Delivery

Unfortunately we do not offer local pick up or delivery. 

Returns

The Stitcher's Loft does not accept returns for change of mind.

If there is an unfortunate error or fault with your order, a refund or exchange will gladly be offered in line with Australian consumer laws.

We try our very best to ensure that all of our products are photographed to show the truest colour possible, however if you feel there are any issues with this or anything else, please feel free to get in touch with us.

If in the rare circumstance that you have not received your order as you should have, please get in touch so that we may resolve.

Cancellations

We aim to have your orders cut and shipped to you as soon as possible, therefore The Stitcher's Loft does not accept cancellations once your order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.
